This is a tasty dish, ideal for breakfeast or lunch!


Ingredients:
 

3 eggs
Zucchini
400g Broad beans
Feta Cheese
½ tablespoon of salt
½ tablespoon of cumin
30g of gee
Spring onion or mild chili      (optional)

<li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US">Soak      broad beans overnight or buy a 300-400g can of broad beans.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US">Heat      up broad beans in a fry pan and mash into a paste.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US">Add      ½ tablespoon of salt, ½ tablespoon of cumin, ½ tablespoon of black pepper      and 30g of melted gee to the fry pan.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US">Chop      up some spring onion or mild chili and add it to the broad beans mix along      with 30ml of lemon juice.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US">Crack      3 eggs into a bowl, add diced zucchini and mix together.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US">Cook      in a separate fry pan as an omelet.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US">Place      the broad beans and the omelet together on a plate and grate feta cheese      over the broad beans.</span></li>

<p><span lang="EN-US">1.  Boil pasta for 10 minutes and      drain it.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US"> 2.  Dice onion and place in a pot.<br />

<p><span lang="EN-US"> 3.  Add a cup of olive oil and let      onion soften until tender.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US"> 4.  Crush the garlic and add to the      pot.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US"> 5.  Then add mince meat, a cup of      brown lentils and a can of diced tomatoes to the pot.</span><br />

<p><span lang="EN-US"> 6.  Stir until mince meat is cooked.</span><br />

</ul>

<li> 350 grams of okra</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> ½ cup of minced mint</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> 1 tablespoon of Cajun spice or mixed spices</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> 1 tablespoon of oil</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> 1L of stock (shank, chicken, etc.)</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> 1 medium size red onion finely chopped</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> 2 cloves of garlic</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> 1kg of diced tomatoes, or a can of tomatoes</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> Garnish with parsley etc.</li>
</ul>
<p>Method:</p>
<p>1.	Heat the oil and add the onion until it softens.</p>
<p>2.	Then add garlic, tomatoes, lentil and dates.</p>
<p>3.	Let it cook for a few minutes and then add the shanks into the mix.</p>
<p>4.	Reduce heat and the food will be ready in 15-20 minutes.</p>
<p>5.	Add the mint.</p>

<p>2.    Turn heat down and let it cook for 15 minutes.</p>
<p>3.    Shape the minced beef into spheres.</p>
<p>4.    Add 500mL of tomato paste to a pot along with 1L of stock.</p>
<p>5.    Place the meat balls in the pot and let it cook for 15 minutes.</p>
<p>6.    Serve and enjoy!</p>
