This dish is called Lahmat Modordama and is a delicious, simple beef meat ball and jasmine rice recipe that is a favourite of mine. It feeds 8-10 people.

Ingredients:
- 2L of beef or chicken stock
- 2kg of Jasmine rice
- 1 tablespoon of tumeric
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- 1 onion
- 2kg mince beef
- 1 bunch of dill
- 5 Cloves of garlic (medium)
- 1 tablespoon of cumin
- 500mL tomato paste
- 1L stock of your choice
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
Method:
1. Boil the stock, add the rice to it and stir for 30 seconds.
2. Turn heat down and let it cook for 15 minutes.
3. Shape the minced beef into spheres.
4. Add 500mL of tomato paste to a pot along with 1L of stock.
5. Place the meat balls in the pot and let it cook for 15 minutes.
6. Serve and enjoy!
