This is a popular Chicken dish, blending tasty spices with delicious tender chicken. It feeds 4 people.

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
Method:
- Brown the chicken in a pot with hot oil.
- Remove chicken from oil and let it set.
- Finely dice a red onion and add to the pot with the hot oil for 10 minutes.
- Then add chopped garlic to the mix.
- Add ½ tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of black pepper, 1 tablespoon of cumin and a tablespoon of coriander seeds to the mixture and stir for 1 minute.
- Add 2 cans of diced tomatoes to the pot.
- Place chicken thighs and diced potatoes on top of the mixture and let it simmer in the pot for 40 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
